Last week we catered a fabulous function in Frimley Green with The Drunken Mouse. While we prepared and served a Lebanese feast for this 40th birthday, Drunken Mouse provided drinks and a delectable build your own dessert station.
On the menu was:
Canapés
Cajun prawn, avocado and lime Marinaded pineapple Cornish Brie, Parma Ham and Caramelised fig Crudités cones with cream cheese and smoked olive
Mains
Chicken, cranberry and pine nut braised Lebanese rice
Tomato and pomegranate salad with molasses dressing
Dessert
The drunken mouses meringue selection
